On July 16, 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union issued a ruling in relation to the clause on mortgage loan expenses and in relation to the clause on the opening commission. From this ruling it is concluded that both clauses are abusive and consequently the defense of consumer rights proceeds for their elimination and the restitution of the amounts unduly paid.

At the beginning of the claim, the client paid €181.50.-

Remaining to be paid: €157.30.-

*In the event that the claim has been made judicially and the judge has condemned the financial entity to pay the legal costs, the office will charge them additionally, IF THERE IS NO CONDEMNATION OF COSTS THE CLIENT WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT FOR SUCH COSTS CONCEPT.
